MediaTek Dimensity 820 top level CPU designed for installation in mobile devices such as phones and tablets, released in 2020. The SoC produced by a 7 nm process. The chip has a octa-core configuration divided into two clusters. The first cluster ARM Cortex-A76 is the most high-performance with four cores running at 2.6 GHz.
